  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days after they are placed, depending on product availability and order volume.
  • Business Days: Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays observed in Pakistan.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email & Call. You will also receive an email once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Areas

  • We ship throughout Pakistan, including both major cities and rural areas.
  • If you are located in a remote area, there may be additional delivery time required, and shipping charges may vary.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

We offer reliable shipping through trusted couriers. The delivery time may vary based on your location:

  • Local Delivery (within major cities like Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, etc.): Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
  • Rural/Remote Areas: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Available for an additional fee. Delivery time is typically 1-2 business days within major cities.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and size of your order and the delivery location.
  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders above PKR 5,000.
  • For orders below PKR 5,000, a flat shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

5. Packaging

  • All items will be packaged securely to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
  • We use high-quality packing materials to prevent any damage during transit.

6. Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number along with a link to track your shipment.
  • You can track the status of your order on the courier's website or by contacting our customer support.

7. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, delivery times may be affected by factors such as weather, national holidays, or courier delays.
  • If there is any delay beyond the expected delivery time, we will inform you as soon as possible.

8. International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within Pakistan.
  • We do not offer international shipping.
