How long does delivery take?
Lahore: same day for most orders. Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and other big cities: 1–3 working days. Rest of Pakistan: 3–5 working days. Outside Pakistan: 7–15 working days.

How much is delivery?
FREE in Pakistan on orders of Rs 10,000 or more, and Rs 250 on smaller orders. Charges for other countries are in our Shipping Policy.

How can I pay?
Bank Transfer (extra 5% OFF with code BANK5), Cash on Delivery, or PayFast by card, mobile wallet or bank account.

Can I return a book?
We don't give refunds, but we exchange books. If a book arrives damaged or wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we'll replace it free. You can exchange an unused book within 7 days. Read our Exchange Policy.

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?
Yes, by SkyNet courier to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Iraq, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, the UK, the US and Turkey. For other countries, WhatsApp us and we'll check.
