Exchange Policy

We don't give refunds, but you can exchange a book. Here is how it works.

Wrong, damaged or missing items

If a book arrives damaged, has missing or misprinted pages, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery. WhatsApp us on +92 327 1182017 with your order number and a photo of the book and the parcel. We will replace it with the right book free of charge, and we pay the delivery both ways.

Want a different book?

You can exchange an unused book for another book within 7 days of delivery. It must be in the same condition you received it: no writing, highlighting, folded pages or other damage, and in its original wrapping if it had one. If the new book costs more, you pay the difference. You pay the delivery for sending the book back and for sending the new one.

Items we can't exchange

  • Books that have been used, written in or damaged after delivery
  • Scrubs and instruments that have been worn, used or taken out of their packaging
  • Stock Clearance items, unless they arrive damaged or wrong

How to exchange a book

  1. WhatsApp +92 327 1182017 or email javedbooks23@gmail.com with your order number and the book you would like instead.
  2. Wait for us to confirm the exchange.
  3. Pack the book safely and send it to us, or bring it to our shop: Javed Books, Shop No. 9 & 10, Jalal Center, 59-A Mazang Road, opposite Ganga Ram Hospital (Outdoor Gate 5), Lahore, Pakistan.

If we can't supply your book

If a book you have paid for is out of stock and we can't get it, we will offer you another book or give you back the amount you paid for it.
